초음파 진단 검사 소견과 한의 어혈 변증의 연관성

Abstract

Objectives This review paper collected evidence from previous studies to investigate the relationship between findings from ultrasonography diagnostic examination and blood stasis pattern. We aim to strengthen the evidence for the use of ultrasound diagnosis in Korean medicine Methods We investigated the papers suggesting the relationship between ultrasonography findings and blood stasis pattern and classified into four categories: 1) diagnosed as blood stasis pattern based on blood flow abnormalities, 2) diagnosed as blood stasis pattern based on detection of neoplastic/cystic abnormal structures, 3) diagnosed as blood stasis pattern based on enlargement of organs/vessels, and 4) diagnosed as blood stasis pattern based on bleeding, trauma, and blood clots. In addition, by confirming the logic of deducing the blood stasis pattern from the ultrasonography findings presented in each paper, degrees of evidences were checked. Result and Conclusion Findings obtained from ultrasonography examination are related to the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of various signs of blood stasis pattern. These findings can be valuable for identification, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring in Korean medicine clinical practice
