천회의간(天回醫簡)의 경맥병증에 관한 고찰

A study on the meridian related symptoms in Tianhuiyijian (天回醫簡)

Authors:

Abstract
Objectives
Recently, the full text of the Han Dynasty document Tianhuiyijian (天回醫簡), excuvated in Chengdu, Sichuan, China is published. The publication of the text has allowed us to analyze the meridian-related symptoms in the text, which have been poorly understood. In this paper, we reportet our preliminary findings.
Methods
By comparing the meridian-related symptoms of Shierjingmai (十二經脈) included in the Tianhuiyijian, with those of Yinyangshiyimaijiujing (陰陽十一脈灸經) and other meridian-related texts of the Western Han dynasty and those of the Jingmai (經脈) in Huangdinejing Lingshu (黃帝內經靈樞), the compositional features of the Shierjingmai meridian-related symptoms were extracted.
Results and conclusions
It is showed that the symptoms in Tianhuiyijian are the mixed results of so called Shidongbing (是動病) and Suoshengbing (所生病). A similar case is shown in Maihai (脈解) in Huangdinejing Suwen (黃帝內經素問). The symptoms in Tianhuiyijian also infer to unknown origins of Suoshengbing.
